A calmer setting for a more connected life

Picture coming home to a street framed by trails and green space, while the best of Waterloo stays a short drive away.

The Laurel Creek community brings together what today’s buyers are asking for in a new home: room to grow, easy access to the outdoors, and a location that works for commuting, school and weekends. It is planned around the Roy Schmidt Road and Conservation Drive area, bordered by scenic trails, mature woodlands and protected green space.

Phase 1 includes six freehold townhome designs from 1,342 to 1,853 sq ft, and eleven detached designs from 1,524 to 2,712 sq ft with single- or double-car garages. That range means first-time buyers, growing families and move-up buyers can all find a place in the same neighbourhood.

Every design comes in a choice of exterior elevations, including Farmhouse, Craftsman, Muskokan, Traditional and Transitional styles.
